Maple Grove Elementary School third-grade teacher Jessie Meeks is honored with the 2013 Colorado Council International Reading Association (CCIRA) Past Presidents’ Memorial Award.
The annual award is given to one Colorado teacher in their first five years of teaching who has demonstrated excellence in reading instruction.
Meeks will be honored and presented with her award at the February CCIRA conference on literacy.
